Federal Village Exhibitor Information
The Federal Village is compromised exclusively of those organizations that maintain partnerships with the Health Resources and Services Administration's HIV/AIDS Bureau. These Organizations are categorically a grantee of record, federal collaborator, Department of Health and Human Services agency or maintain other contractual arrangements. Please note your inclusion in the Federal Village is also at the discretion of the HIV/AIDS Bureau.

Exhibit Booth Size and Additional Details
- There are no exhibitor application fees.
- Non-profit, Government, and private sector exhibit space includes 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, basic 36 character identification sign.
- All Booth Spaces are 10’ x 10’ for the Federal Village exhibitors.
- Each exhibitor will be issued two exhibit hall only badges. Additional badges should be requested at the time of application.

To be considered as an exhibitor, please complete a FEDERAL VILLAGE EXHIBITOR FORM 
by July 9, 2010.
