Exhibitor Information
The exhibit floor is an integral part of the 2010 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Grantee Meeting. It serves as a focal point for both exhibitors and attendees. Dedicated exhibit hours ensure that attendees have ample time to visit all exhibitors.

Exhibit Booth Size and Additional Details
There are no exhibitor application fees.
Non-profit, Government, and private sector exhibit space includes 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, basic 36 character identification sign
All Booth Spaces are 10’ x 10’ for the following groups of exhibitors:

Each exhibitor will be issued two exhibit hall only badges. Additional badges should be requested at the time of application.
Complimentary Exhibit Hall-Only passes with every exhibit application*
Admission to sessions for the 2010 All Grantee Meeting and the 13th Annual Clinical Conference is restricted. Exhibitors will not be permitted in Clinical or AGM Session Rooms.
